Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Lunation order and are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Everything at Lunation is handmade so there is some potential for human error. We do everything we can to ensure that any issues are resolved before your order is dispatched but in the rare case something does slip through please do let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
All of our products are made to order so unless there is a problem with your products or order we are not able to accept returns.
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact our team at hello@lunation.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if your recieved the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name, order number and any details of the fault including photos.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lunation.co.uk. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lunation.co.uk.
